  • Chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Hing - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1 tsp for seasoning
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Urud dal - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - to fry the baby potatoes

1. Take a pan, add water, salt and baby potatoes and boil them until the potatoes are cooked well.
2. Then peel the skin off from the potatoes and fry them in oil till they are getting golden brown color.
3. Then keep them aside and let the oil drain.
4. Then take a pan, add 1 tsp of oil and heat it.
5. Once the oil is ready, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urud dhal, hing, curry leaves, and turmeric powder and saute well.
6. Then add the fried baby potatoes to it and add 1 tsp of chilli powder. Then saute them well till the baby potatoes are finely coated and fried. (might be for 2 mins)
