10 min Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients:

Fried Paneer - 25 cubes 
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasturi methi powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Tomato Puree - 2 1/2 tsp
Milk  - 1/2 cup
Tomato Color - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Fried Onions - 1 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1/2 tbsp

Method:

1. Take a bowl, add coriander powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, kasturi methi powder, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, tomato color, and 1/4 cup milk and mix them well without lumps.
2. Take a pan, add the butter and add the ginger garlic paste and fry them till the raw smell goes away.
3. Then add the fried onion and saute them well. Then add the bowl mixture to the pan and close the lid.
4. Keep the flame in medium and allow it to cook for 3 minutes till the rawness goes.
5. Then add the paneer to the mixture and add milk little by little and stir them well and allow it to cook for 3 more minutes. That's it done. Garnish with Cilantro and really you'll never believe that it tastes like restaurant's...
