Mint Chutney

  • Mint - 1/2 bunch
  • Urud Dhal - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chillies - 6
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Hing - 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind - 1 tsp
  • Coconut - 1/2 cup


  • Take a pan, add oil and heat it. 
  • Once the oil is ready add urud dhal, red chillies, hing, turmeric powder, tamarind and saute them well.
  • Then add the Mint leaves and saute them well.
  • Once the mint leaves get saute well, then grind this mixture along with coconut  pieces.
  • Grind into fine paste and thus pudhina chutney / Mint Chutney is ready
