Wheat Rava Pulav

Ingredients:
  • Wheat Rava - 1 Cup
  • Carrot - 1 
  • Beans - 1/2 cup chopped
  • Onion - 1/2 chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cloves - 2
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Cinnamon Stick - 1 small
  • Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 2
  • Mint Leaves - 10 leaves
  • Coriander Leaves - to garnish
  • Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Potato - 1 chopped
Method:
  1. Take a pan, add oil and when it is ready add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds.
  2. Then add onion and saute them well. Then when the color changes add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell of the paste goes.
  3. Then once it is cooked then add the mint, coriander leaves/cilantro, and saute them.
  4. Then add the vegetables and saute them well and see that it is cooked half the way.
  5. Then add salt and cook for 2 more minutes. Then add 1 3/4 cup of water for one cup of wheat rava.
  6. After the water has come to complete boil say for five minutes, keep at medium heat and start adding the wheat rava.
  7. Stir the mixture well and turn off the stove and close the pan. 
  8. With that heat the wheat rava will be cooked well.
  9. Just add some ghee and mix well before serving. Tasty Wheat Rava Pulav is ready.
