Ingredients:
- Wheat Rava - 1 Cup
- Carrot - 1
- Beans - 1/2 cup chopped
- Onion - 1/2 chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cloves - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 small
- Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Mint Leaves - 10 leaves
- Coriander Leaves - to garnish
- Peas - 1/4 cup
- Potato - 1 chopped
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil and when it is ready add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds.
- Then add onion and saute them well. Then when the color changes add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell of the paste goes.
- Then once it is cooked then add the mint, coriander leaves/cilantro, and saute them.
- Then add the vegetables and saute them well and see that it is cooked half the way.
- Then add salt and cook for 2 more minutes. Then add 1 3/4 cup of water for one cup of wheat rava.
- After the water has come to complete boil say for five minutes, keep at medium heat and start adding the wheat rava.
- Stir the mixture well and turn off the stove and close the pan.
- With that heat the wheat rava will be cooked well.
- Just add some ghee and mix well before serving. Tasty Wheat Rava Pulav is ready.
